How are you enjoying Trimester 1 so far? As all the buzz from the start of T1 begins to ease and you settle into a new routine, now is the perfect time to devote some loving care towards your mental and physical health to set you up for a successful study period.
And to help you do this, DeakinACTIVE is currently running free meditation, pilates and yoga sessions online! Take some time out to stretch your body and relax your mind in between your study sessions with the following classes each week.
