Do you feel stress or anxiety? You’re not alone – recent studies have shown that 80% of uni students do. But there’s ways to train your mind to overcome these challenges.
Join us for The Successful Mind in Study, Work and Life, developed by international thought leader and high-performance coach Professor Michael E. Bernard. In a series of free online workshops, we’ll focus on four of the 10 elements of this program: growth mindset, GRIT, self-acceptance and resilience.
The workshops are delivered by the Faculty of Business and Law but are open to all students:
