Are you a creative soul looking for some inspiration? Or perhaps you’d like to try your hand at drawing?
Join our open sketching sessions at the Deakin University Art Gallery (Burwood Campus) and discover the mindful and meditative practice of free sketching!
Feel free to bring along your own visual diary and sketching materials or make use of those provided. Explore different drawing techniques or simply spend time working on your own projects in a quiet, creative space.
These sessions are open to Deakin staff, students and the local community. No booking required – just come along! Sessions are held the last Friday of each month from 1–2pm*. *Please note some sessions will comprise Outdoor Sculpture Sketching (weather dependent).
