Keep track of the important dates for your studies with these Outlook calendars

Keeping up with all the dates and events important to your studies is an essential part of university life. This can sometimes be tricky, with all the different dates to remember: enrolment dates, census dates, withdrawal dates, study periods, end-of-unit assessment and exam periods and deadlines to apply to graduate.

University calendars

The following University calendars are available to add to Outlook.

Accessing Outlook

You can access your online Outlook Calendar from the top navigation bar in DeakinSync, located beside your email.

You can also download Microsoft Outlook, and other useful software, for free while enrolled at Deakin from the Microsoft 365 suite of apps.

We recommend installing the Microsoft Outlook app on your Android or iOS device and linking your Deakin account, so you can easily access your calendar or email wherever you go.

If you don’t want to use the Microsoft Outlook app, you can still stay up-to-date by adding your student email address to your chosen email app (e.g. IOS MailAndroid Mail and Windows Mail). This allows you to view important Deakin emails alongside your regular emails.
