Visual artists: submit your entries for the 2021 Deakin Contemporary Small Sculpture Award
Are you a professional or emerging visual artist with a focus on three-dimensional work? If so, Deakin University Art Gallery invites you to enter the annual 2021 Deakin Contemporary Small Sculpture Award.
Organised by the Art Collection and Galleries Unit at Deakin University, this prestigious acquisitive award and exhibition recognises and supports excellence in contemporary sculpture practise.
An expert judging panel will award one artist $10,000 in recognition of the most outstanding work, and a $1000 People’s Choice Award will be awarded based on public votes.
Shortlisted entries will be included in the Deakin University Art Collection and displayed in the exhibition at the Deakin University Art Gallery from 13 September–22 October.

Entries are now open and close on Friday 9 July. Artists will be notified of outcomes by Friday 30 July.
