Chad Whelan awarded VC Award for Teacher of the Year
Deakin Criminology would like to congratulate our Senior Lecturer in Criminology, Dr Chad Whelan, on receiving the Vice-Chancellor’s Award for Teacher of the Year. This award is given annually in recognition and celebration of Deakin’s best teacher and their teaching contribution to the overall strategic plan of the University.
In 2013 Chad, who is also the Course Director for Criminology, has led the redevelopment and design of Criminology at Deakin and has driven our recent expansion to the Melbourne Burwood campus. Chad’s award was presented in a ceremony earlier this month.
