‘What got you through lockdown?’: Objects for Everyday Resilience Exhibition

Please note that this event has expired.
The exhibition, Objects for Everyday Resilience, will take place at the Deakin Downtown Gallery Space, (Level 12, Tower 2, 727 Collins St, Melbourne) from 21–25 November, and feature household objects that helped people cope with the lockdowns. These items include a couch, a record player, clothing items and exercise equipment.

A special launch will be also be held on 23 November from 4.30–6pm, and guests are welcome to register to participate in an embodied workshop, The Body as a Site of Resilience, with performance artist Angela Viora at 4pm on Thursday 24 November. Angela will also host a masterclass for young researchers, Practice-as-research (PaR) methodologies for the creative arts, at 11am on Thursday 24 November.
