We’ve created a series of virtual workshops to equip you with the essential skills you’ll need to succeed and get the most out of yourself and your Deakin studies! The THRIVE: Wellbeing and study success sessions have been developed based on identified student needs and established psychological theories. 

THRIVE: Strategies for managing stress and anxiety
Beat any end-of-trimester worries by understanding external and internal factors that can induce stress and anxiety. We’ll explain how you can differentiate between stress and anxiety, and discuss emotion and problem-focused coping.
