The Graduate Research Academy, in collaboration with Deakin Counselling and Psychological Support service, is hosting a mental health awareness workshop tailored for HDR students.
The session will provide you with tools to understand and enhance your wellbeing during your candidature. It will provide you with practical strategies to:
• Understand and better support your own health and wellbeing
• Enhance your relationship with your supervisor
• Deal with unexpected setbacks in your research project
• Ask for help and access the support services available at Deakin
