We’re running a series of free online sessions about managing uni life for successFounded on the principles of positive psychology, they explain some tried and tested ways to get everything done while staying happy and healthy.

Balancing study and life for better mental health

We discuss how an imbalance can lead to mental health challenges and what that may look like. We also explore investing in realistic and helpful thinking, and having greater time awareness.
