Run by the Faculty of Science, Engineering and the Built Environment (SEBE) Peer Support Network Program – but open to all Deakin students – join us online in Trimester 3 to make some friends and balance your studies with some inspiring and delicious new skills.
Finding your inner artist
Creative Canvases is an intuitive art class that’s different to your typical demonstration-based art class where everyone recreates the same image.
Facilitator and artist Jacklyn integrates mindfulness and meditation into the class as she guides you through two different stages of creating. Your piece will be guided by your own creativity, with no two works looking the same.
Paints are ideal, but not essential – you can use any materials, including pencils, textas and crayons.
