This beginners course is designed for people looking to enter the hospitality industry. Through this course, you will learn the fundamentals of making coffee, creating coffee art and will obtain your Responsible food handlers certificate.
After successfully completing this course you will obtain two units of competency – Prepare & Serve Espresso Coffee (SITHFAB005), and Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety (SITXFSA001).
This course is delivered over 2 days, you must attend BOTH sessions.
