Making student enquiries and virtual appointments is easier than ever with the new Student help hub
If you need help from Student Central, we’ve now made it easier than ever for you to submit and manage an enquiry or virtual appointment booking.
The improved Student help hub is your place to:
- submit an enquiry to Student Central
- book an in-person or virtual (over phone or Zoom) appointment with a Student Adviser
- search the Student Enquiry Knowledge Base for an answer to your question.
Once submitted, you’ll then be able to view and track your cases by selecting ‘My Requests’ in the top right-hand side of the navigation bar.
Joining virtual appointments
Now, when you book a virtual appointment, we’ll send you an email containing the details for your meeting and a link to join your appointment when it’s time.
You’ll join your virtual appointments with Student Central through Zoom either by opening the Zoom URL or dialling in by phone. If you’re outside of Australia, this will also save you from having to pay international call charges!
If you have an existing enquiry
If you’ve already lodged an enquiry before this upgrade, don’t worry, you won’t need to resubmit your enquiry. We’ve moved your existing case to the new system and you’ll have received an update email including a link to the new Student help hub where you’ll find your case under the ‘My Requests’ tile.
As soon our team hasĀ an outcome or next step for you, they’ll be in contact with you through the new system.
If you do have any extra questions about your case, you can add a comment to your case through the help hub.
