International students, don’t miss these important visa information sessions in T1
Do you know how and when to apply for a visa extension? Do you understand your post-study visa options as an international student?
To get your questions answered, come along to these free online information sessions in Trimester 1, presented by the Deakin Student Legal Service.
Applying for a student visa extension
If your student visa is about to expire, make sure you attend this session. You can go through the process of applying for a visa extension with a Migration Agent and ask any questions you have.
When: Monday 7 March, 1.30–3pm.
Post-study visa options
Learn about:
- migration pathways after you graduate
- the types of visas you can apply for when you graduate, such as a Temporary Graduate Visa (485) or a Skilled Independent Visa (189)
- changes to the Skilled Migration Visa Occupations List
- student visa conditions.
When: Monday 4 April, 1.30–3pm.
