We’ve created a series of virtual workshops to equip you with the essential skills you’ll need to succeed and get the most out of yourself and your Deakin studies! The THRIVE: Wellbeing and study success sessions has been developed based on identified student needs and established psychological theories. 

Session 10 – THRIVE: Strategies for managing stress and anxiety: Beat end of trimester worries by understanding external and internal factors that cause stress and anxiety. Understand how to differentiate between stress and anxiety, and learn about emotion and problem-focused coping.
