This session will give you an overview of referencing at Uni, why it is important and using Deakin’s Referencing Guide.
Get an introduction to the basics of referencing at Uni including why we do it, how to do it, and why you shouldn’t be afraid of it!
This session is for all students and includes some strategies for using the Deakin guide to referencing.
At the end of this session students will be able to:
- identify why and how we reference sources
- better understand how to support and strengthen writing through referencing
- demonstrate academic integrity.
