The Deakin Bowater Business Challenge (DBBC) is a highlight of the Business and Law calendar, with teams of students from across the faculty competing to present a creative business plan for a real-world industry partner. Students have the chance to develop their problem-solving skills, graduate employability and industry networks, while having fun at the same time.
After the preliminary round in August, it’s now time for the final, in which four teams will battle to win their share of over $4000.
Finalists will address the challenge theme posed by industry partner INHAABIT: ‘Augmented reality adoption in overseas markets: create a global strategy for an emerging technology company’. Teams will present to a panel of industry representatives and key stakeholders from Deakin.
The winning team will be announced on the night and we’d love you to join us via Zoom to cheer on the finalists. Business and law students may be inspired to enter in 2022!
