International students: meet AFLW players at our Geelong Cats welcome event!
Attention all international students! The Geelong Cats are inviting you to GMHBA Stadium to learn about Aussie Rules footy, participate in a clinic with AFLW players, and meet new friends.
The annual Welcome to Geelong event is all about introducing people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to the Geelong Cats, GMHBA Stadium, and the game we all love. We want to support and encourage you to enjoy the game of Australian Rules football while you’re studying and living in Australia, while also providing you an opportunity to connect with other community members and gain a sense of belonging within the Geelong Football Club.
This event features a fun introduction to the game, including a footy clinic with Cats players, and finishes with a footy food feast. Look forward to seeing you there!
