A semi-abstract and metaphorical painting of a brain representing mental health

Ready to focus on your mental health and wellbeing? Mind Matters week is here!

Your mind matters, and it matters a lot! A healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body to your overall wellbeing.

Much like physical fitness, you can strengthen your psychological health by exercising it in small ways each day. Improving your mental health, in environments that support your wellbeing, will help you cope better with stress, achieve your study goals and live happier.

To promote ways to improve mental health and wellbeing, Deakin is running Mind Matters 2022 from Monday 25 March to Friday 1 April.

During Mind Matters week, you’ll find lots of useful tips, strategies and resources to enhance mental health. We encourage you to check out as many of the activities as possible, whether online or on-campus:

If you’re on campus, look out for other activations, maybe a free coffee, smoothie or massage!
