Ingredients
Chicken
- 500 gram Chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 2 tbsp Moroccan spice blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
Salad
- 1½ Avocado slice
- 4 cup mixed salad leaves
- 300 gram tomatoes diced
- 2 red capsicums sliced
Dressing
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 lemon
Instructions
- Sprinkle the Moroccan spices over the sliced chicken and rub in.500 gram Chicken breast, sliced into strips, 2 tbsp Moroccan spice blend
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add in the chicken slices and cook 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.2 tbsp olive oil, 500 gram Chicken breast, sliced into strips
- Prepare the salad ingredients throughout 4 bowls.1½ Avocado slice, 4 cup mixed salad leaves, 300 gram tomatoes diced, 2 red capsicums sliced
- Whisk together the salad dressing ingredients.2 tbsp Tahini, 1 tbsp honey, 1 lemon
- Place chicken on top of salad with a drizzle of salad dressing
