Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 100 gram frozen mango
- ½ cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tsp chia
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth1 frozen banana, 100 gram frozen mango, ½ cup Greek yoghurt, 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup oats, 1 tsp chia, 1 tsp psyllium husk
