Smoothies are a great way to pack in lots of nutrients in your day. They can be taken with you on go or while travelling to work or school. This recipe only takes 5 minutes to make and can be enjoyed as healthy breakfast meal or snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 100 gram frozen mango
  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tsp chia
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
    1 frozen banana, 100 gram frozen mango, ½ cup Greek yoghurt, 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup oats, 1 tsp chia, 1 tsp psyllium husk

Notes

Alternative Swaps

Vegan: Swap Greek yoghurt for non-dairy yoghurt alternative such as coconut milk or almond milk yoghurt
Swap Greek yoghurt with plain yoghurt to save on cost

Tips

Ensure oats are certified gluten free oats
Exclude Psyllium husk, to be more cost effective
If you don't have a blender, you can use a food processor or immersion blender
