Blueberry and oat smoothie

Oats are the all-time favourite ingredient which is likely to be stored within the kitchen. Mix them, stir them or throw them in a smoothie! Oats have the perfect combination of fibre and protein which promotes fullness to last you till your next meal. With the blend of chia seeds, berries and dairy this smoothie will provide you with the vitamins and minerals you need throughout your day.

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 2 cup low fat milk or alternative milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


  • Combine all ingredients into a blender until smooth (around 1 minute)
    1 cup rolled oats, 1 banana, 1 cup frozen blueberries, ½ cup low fat Greek yoghurt, 2 cup low fat milk, 1 tbsp chia seeds


Alternative Swaps

Vegan: Swap Greek yoghurt for coconut milk or almond milk yoghurt
