We’ll be holding four weekly mindfulness and meditation classes at the Waurn Ponds, beginning in Week 2.
The classes will be facilitated by members of the Student Psychological Programs and Services team and are based on evidence-based techniques designed to help you reduce stress, improve concentration, manage your emotions and cope with any challenges you may encounter in your life. Each week we’ll cover a different theme to introduce you to different mindfulness techniques.
