Boost your manufacturing industry skills with this free short course!

Are you studying engineering, architecture, software or project management – either at undergraduate or postgraduate level? Don’t miss this great opportunity to hone your manufacturing industry skills and stand out to potential employers.

Our new advanced manufacturing upskilling program, Workforce of the Future, provides access to the 3DEXPERIENCE business experience platform. This program is a partnership between Deakin’s ManuFutures innovation hub and MEMKO Systems, Dassault Systèmes and Industry Prime.

This easy-to-use interactive digital platform will boost your skills in areas including design engineering, systems engineering, software engineering, manufacturing and production, project management and more.

How it works

You’ll complete a seven-day training course to become proficient in manufacturing digitalisation. The course will start on Monday 30 January 2023 at the ManuFutures 2 facility on our Waurn Ponds campus.

At the end of the course, you’ll be granted a 12-month 3DEXPERIENCE licence to complete certification in your own time.

Why you should sign up

This training will help to make you workforce-ready for the manufacturing industry as you learn digital transformation, digital continuity and create digital twins using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

You’ll stand out from the crowd when applying for internship and graduate opportunities with manufacturing industry partners, including MEMKO, Dassault and other Industry Primes. You’ll also be able to get involved in student projects at MEMKO after completing the program.

Keen to participate? Just email [email protected] with your name and the course you’re studying at Deakin.
