Bilby Shire Council has released a call for suitably qualified consultants to help with the strategic planning for Bilby Museum.

Bilby Mayor, Kyle-Kennedy said

‘Bilby Museum has long been a favourite place for locals and tourists to learn more about the history of the region. The time has now come to think carefully about what the community wants from its museum, and how it can adapt to the changes that have happened in the area over the last few years. The Council has invested a considerable amount over the last decade in ongoing operating costs and upgrades to the facilities. We are now looking for an innovative consultant to work with the management and staff of the museum, the council, the historical society and the local community to develop a strategic plan to guide the museum into the future’.
