Bilby MuseumBilby Museum: An updated interactive installation about the TV show City Stresses Country Pleasures is great fun for the kids, while there are some traditional exhibits to explore as well. The photo exhibition from the 1950s triggers lots of nostalgia!

 

 

Bilby Regional Art Gallery: Check out the pioneer settler paintings Bilby Regional Art Galleryfrom the local district, and the special exhibition of the Newlyn School of the 20s, a nationally recognized collection.

 

 

 

Bilby GymnasiumFabulous Fitness and Wellbeing Centre: Recently opened, the centre has plans for a weekly series of fitness programs for all ages. Wellbeing is not only about being fit, but also about exploring mental health – classes in Tai Chi, Meditation and Yoga are currently offered.

 

Bilby Memorial OvalRecreation – Bilby Memorial Oval, Tennis, Bowls and Netball, plus Sporting Spot: Chops Lambert’s hospitality is famous, and the Sporting Spot will be a great place to finish a day’s sport – either watching our famous Bilby football and netball teams or taking part. Bilby cemeteryBilby Cemetery and wetlands: Ben Travers the bushranger of the 1870s is buried here, although there are some who believe his ghost still travels over Mt Jerrijig where he was gunned down. Our cemetery is next to a famous wetlands area, recently the subject of community activism to keep both the history and the environment intact.
