Dr. Albert Fisher

Dr Fisher has been in Bilby all his working life, and is very close to retirement. He has probably delivered most of the babies born into the Bilby region, and has always been admired for his common sense and interest in the community. He is now doing fewer hours, and cannot really take on home visits.

Dr. Kate Tran

Dr Kate Tran has only recently started work in Bilby. She is committed to her GP work, but her main interest is in surgical specialisation, and she is working towards her qualification as a surgeon. She is very much overworked, as she is trying to take over quite a few of the patients from Dr Fisher as he scales down his workload. Dr Tran is very interested in being involved in developing the new Bilby Hospital, where she can see opportunities for her skills and interests. She is also deeply concerned about the lack of appropriate facilities in Bilby in relation to the growing population.
