New Graduate – Emma Taylor – Peter Davis Memorial Honours Scholarship

Congratulations to new graduate Emma Taylor, a Peter Davis Memorial Honours Scholarship recipient, who recently gained her Bachelor of Arts (Honours). 

The late Peter Davis was a colleague much admired and respected for his commitment to professional and creative writing, and his encouragement of new scholars. A novelist, photographer and academic, he published widely on topics relating to photography, travel and representation.

This scholarship provides acknowledgement and support of students completing their honours studies within professional and creative writing. On behalf of the Deakin community, we thank the contributors to the Peter Davis Memorial Honours Scholarship Fund. Their generosity and support means talented young students like Emma are provided with an unparalleled education that will see them go on to make a real difference in the community.
