Overnight chia pudding with pear

Chia seeds are adaptable and can be used in a variety of recipes. Enjoy their gel-like texture by combining them with liquid and producing a chia pudding.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup pear

Instructions
 

  • Combine chia seed, milk and honey together in a jar. An old jam jar would be perfect.
    4 tbsp chia seeds, 1 cup low fat milk, 1 tsp honey
  • Let sit for 6-7 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
  • Slice pear (or alternative fruit toppings) and add on top of chia pudding.
    1 cup pear
  • Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

Alternative Swaps

Vegan: Swap low-fat milk with non-dairy alternative. Swap honey with maple syrup or another vegan sweetener of your choice

Tips

To improve health classification you can remove or replace the honey
