Overnight chia pudding with pear

- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup pear
Combine chia seed, milk and honey together in a jar. An old jam jar would be perfect.
4 tbsp chia seeds, 1 cup low fat milk, 1 tsp honey
Let sit for 6-7 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
Slice pear (or alternative fruit toppings) and add on top of chia pudding.

Serve cold and enjoy!
Alternative Swaps
Vegan: Swap low-fat milk with non-dairy alternative. Swap honey with maple syrup or another vegan sweetener of your choice
