Overnight chia pudding with pear

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup pear
Instructions
- Combine chia seed, milk and honey together in a jar. An old jam jar would be perfect.4 tbsp chia seeds, 1 cup low fat milk, 1 tsp honey
- Let sit for 6-7 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
- Slice pear (or alternative fruit toppings) and add on top of chia pudding.1 cup pear
