Community of Practice
Through a pilot program, ten arts organisations will collaborate with industry experts and an organisational change consultant to test new forms of organisational practice that lead to more diverse audiences. This group will form a community of practice with the research team to identify strengths and weaknesses in organisations ability to change. The project will provide arts organisations with resources and support to develop new practices that enable them to engage new audiences.
