 8-Step organisational change model

Our investigations have led to an organisational change model which identifies 8 tasks undertaken by organisations which are truly audience-centric. For each of these tasks we have also identified the characterises of organisations that are leaders, adaptors or avoiders of this work.

These tasks aren’t sequential. Instead organisations are likely to move back and forth between these activities. All tasks, however, are features of the work needed to engage new and diverse audiences. This project aims to build the capacity of arts organisations to be leaders in all aspects of this change model.
