The Laboratory of International Assessment Studies recently held the first in its new webinar series Looking Forward – Looking Back: Reflecting on 20 Years of International Large-Scale Assessments. Convened by Radhika Gorur, the first webinar ‘Do Global Education Reform Agendas and Strategies Require Re-Framing in Light of COVID-19? featured three guest panellists:

Global Citizenship Amid the Pandemic: Reflections on the PISA 2018 Global Competence Results

This webinar will reflect on the release of the PISA 2018 Global Competence results in the light of debates about the impact of COVID-19 on globalisation.

  • Can the results inform current debates about the futures of education?
