The Latin America/Australia South-South Symposium: Friday 30 November
Convened by Deakin University, The South-South Symposium brings together scholars from Latin America and bilateral agencies. It provides a forum to discuss and explore the consolidation of existing institutional and researcher links, and to foster new international collaborations.
Building on existing research collaborations amongst the participants, the Symposium will be organised across two primary research streams, (1) ‘Education’ and (2) ‘Humanities and Social Sciences’. A third stream showcases the contemporary thinking of industry and government stakeholders in this relationship, providing them with the opportunity to reflect on and share their work across Latin America and Australia.
