Can I get help from Deakin Library?

We understand that changes to important systems such as EBSCO can cause disruption and frustration for users, especially those who enjoy a familiar way of working with the system. Library staff are working diligently behind the scenes and negotiating with our digital partners to ensure as seamless a transition as possible, and to provide support for users who have questions about how to use the updated interface.

While we expect the changes to be intuitive, the Library Chat service is available for any support or questions you may have during the transition.
