If you like waffles but you’re trying to cut out some sugar or eat a little cleaner, then try this recipe! The waffles are dairy-free and can be gluten-free if you use certified gluten-free oats.

Ingredients
- 2 big eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 cups wholegrain oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond milk
- banana and berries to top
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in the blender.
- Start with the liquid ingredients.
- Add the oats and banana at the end.
- Blend well.
- Put about 1/3 cup of the mixture in each waffle space in the waffle maker (if you don't have a waffle maker, you can use a non-sticky pan and make it the shape of pancakes).
- Drizzle a little bit of honey and some fruits on top.
