Congratulations Dr Galande!

Our latest PhD was awarded at today’s conferral ceremony at the Waterfront Campus, to Dr Ashish Shrikrishna Galande, whose thesis is entitled ‘Business to Business Relationship Dynamics: How Relationships Evolve?’ 

Dr Galande’s thesis, in the Department of Marketing, explains how relationships in a business – to – business context evolve over time. It uses a unique dataset which records over 4000 relationships for an 18 year time period. The thesis uses advances in text analysis to code the qualitative feedback captured for these relationships and models the evolution using Hidden Markov Models.
