I encourage HDR students, early and mid-career researchers to participate in our new Professional Skills Uplift program. The Graduate Research Academy has joined with DeakinCo. to offer a range of free short courses to develop skills, extend leadership capabilities and support your career development. Professional Skills Uplift aims to support researchers at all levels of their academic career. Deakin Research, HR Strategy and Development, and DeakinCo. have collaborated to offer a suite of online courses by DeakinCo. to empower you through skills development.  Program launch details:

At this launch, you will hear from experts about these short, free and 100 per cent online courses that will enable you to study anywhere, anytime. This flexible and innovative program will help to develop your professional skills and technical knowledge, extend your leadership capabilities and enhance your career opportunities.

HDR students have access to the Professional Skills Uplift program, and can use these courses within their Individual Learning Plan (ILP).
