The BCCC is run by a volunteer board, drawn from the local community of Bilby and region of Bendaby (including nearby Bendalong). Members are nominated from interest groups identified by Bilby Shire Council and the Community Cultural Council Network of Victoria, plus a vote for two positions from the community run through Bilby Shire Council.
