Indigo Perry Gate 27 Residency June 2021

Over the month of June, Indi Perry is completing a residency by invitation with Gate 27 Artist Residency, Turkey, developing a project curated by the Marina Abramovic Institute (NY) .

Due to travel restrictions she is completing the residency online, linked by livestream with collaborators in Turkey.

Gate 27 is an international residency program that aims to facilitate the research and production processes of different practices and to provide a platform for interdisciplinary interaction. Gate 27 organizes public programs and events that develop communication among local and international artists, academics and cultural actors in order to enable new collaborations. Treating art as a research method, Gate 27 invites residents to partake in discourses in relation to ecology, sustainability, accessibility and local creative networks.
