Feeding the Ghost – On Australian Poetry

The Writing and Literature Group is flying the flag for poetry criticism, with three staff members – Cassandra Atherton, Lyn McCredden and Ann Vickery – featuring in a new collection of scholarly writing on poetry in Australia today.

Feeding the Ghost 1: Criticism on Contemporary Australian Poetry (Puncher & Wattman, 2018) is the first in a new series of books addressing the enormous diversity of Australia’s contemporary poetry scene. Edited by David Musgrave, Andy Kissane and Carolyn Ricketts, the collection features essays by 13 authors.
