Briohny Doyle
Briohny is a writer of fiction and nonfiction. Her books include two novels Echolalia (Penguin Random House 2021), and The Island Will Sink (Brow Books 2016), and a work of nonfiction Adult Fantasy (Scribe 2017). Her current research focusses on climate change and apocalyptic narratives and she teaches undergraduate and masters creative writing and literary studies.
Briohny is co-chair of the writing and community research cluster and a member of the Climate Change Communication and Narratives Network. She is a judge and organiser for the Deakin Nonfiction Prize.
