Micro Roll Former

The micro roll forming facility is used to produce micro scale corrugations (about 0.3mm deep) from thin (0.1mm thick) stainless steel sheets for bipolar plates in Proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells. This process has been identified as a promising forming technique for micro corrugations which leads to minimum material thinning compared to the existing forming methods such as micro stamping.
