Adaptive Roll Former

The adaptive roll forming facility is featured with roll load and torque measuring capability, independently driven stations, changeable inter station distance and pass height. This line can be used to measure the roll load and torque and hence predict the degree of defects in the final profile. This information can be used to introduce a corrective action at the end of the line which enable inline defect compensation in roll forming process.
