Geelong’s Waurn Ponds train station is the closest station to the campus. V/Line trains operate throughout the day on the Geelong–Melbourne line and take just over an hour and 15 minutes.

There are plenty of bus services that run from the Geelong CBD, Geelong railway station and the Waurn Ponds railway station to the Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus.

By Car

Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus is just over an hour from Melbourne by car, depending on traffic.

-From Melbourne, take the Princes Freeway (M1) west
-Follow the M1 to Highton
-Take the exit towards Waurn Ponds
-Turn right onto the A10
-Take the first right into Pigdons Road
-Take the first left at Deakin University Geelong Waurn Ponds

Parking

Paid parking is available on campus at a number of different car parks (Please see Deakin Waurn Ponds Campus Map) . You can pay for parking using the PayByPhone app or by buying a ticket from a machine.
