Ingredients
  

  • 20 g extra virgin olive oil/grass fed butter
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin diced
  • 1 zucchini diced
  • 1/2 broccoli chopped
  • 2 XL eggs
  • 1/2 avocado mashed

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil/butter in fry pan, add pumpkin and cover to soften, stirring occasionally until soft.
  • Add zucchini and broccoli, cover to soften. Stir occasionally.
  • Make two holes and add eggs, cook to liking.
  • Transfer to bowl and add mashed avocado.
