pumpkin diced

zucchini diced

broccoli chopped

avocado mashed
Instructions
Heat oil/butter in fry pan, add pumpkin and cover to soften, stirring occasionally until soft.
Add zucchini and broccoli, cover to soften. Stir occasionally.
Make two holes and add eggs, cook to liking.
Transfer to bowl and add mashed avocado.
