soy-sauce

tbsp
lemon juice

tbsp
curry powder

cup
peanut butter
1/2
cup
coconut milk

cloves
garlic

tbsp
fresh grated ginger root
shallots

Instructions
Chop chicken.
Marinate meat in soy-sauce, lemon juice, garlic and grated ginger for 3 hours or overnight.
Cook meat in saucepan with some oil.
Chop broccoli into pieces and steam.
Combine meat and broccoli once both cooked and set aside.
Mix curry powder, coconut milk and peanut butter in saucepan over medium heat to make satay sauce.
Stir sauce until we’ll combined and pourable.
Serve chicken/broccoli on rice with sauce.
