9medjool dates
2tbspnatural peanut butter
90gramsdark melting chocolate
Instructions
Un-pit dates and cut in half
9 medjool dates
With a knife spread roughly ½-¾ of a teaspoon of peanut butter
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
Melt the dark chocolate chips either in the microwave for a minute (take out of the microwave every 15-20 seconds and stir) or melt the chocolate over a pot of simmering water.
90 grams dark melting chocolate
Dip the dates into chocolate and transfer onto some aluminium foil
Place the dates into the fridge for 20 minutes or until the chocolate is set
